Fresh Digital Pro Refund and Guarantee Policy

At Fresh Digital Pro, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital design and marketing services that meet your expectations. We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee and a fair refund policy to ensure your peace of mind. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and guarantees on our services, including web design (e.g., Carrd sites ,WordPress), SEO optimization, digital marketing campaigns, and AI integrations.
Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all completed projects. If you are not fully satisfied with the final deliverables within 30 days of project completion (defined as the date we provide final files, access, or launch confirmation), we will work with you to make reasonable revisions at no additional cost. If revisions do not resolve the issue and the dissatisfaction is due to our failure to meet the agreed-upon scope or quality standards, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund as outlined below.
This guarantee applies only to services where we have not met the project milestones or specifications detailed in your signed contract or proposal. It does not cover changes in your requirements after project approval or subjective preferences (e.g., "I changed my mind about the design").
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
Undelivered Services: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the timeline specified in your contract (accounting for any mutually agreed extensions), you may request a full refund for undelivered portions.
Defective Work: If the delivered work contains significant errors, bugs, or does not function as described (e.g., a non-responsive Carrd site or ineffective SEO setup), we will first attempt to fix it. If unresolved, a pro-rated refund will be issued based on the portion of work affected.
Project Cancellation:
Before work begins: Full refund of any deposit or payment.
After work begins but before 50% completion: Pro-rated refund (e.g., 50% refund if 50% of the work is complete).
After 50% completion: No refund, but we may offer credits toward future services.
Marketing Campaigns: For ongoing services like SEO or ad campaigns, refunds are pro-rated based on unused time or budget, minus any setup fees.
Refunds are calculated based on the original payment amount, excluding any third-party fees (e.g., payment processing charges).
3. Refund Process
To request a refund or invoke the guarantee:
Contact us within the applicable timeframe (e.g., 30 days for guarantees) via our contact form on the website, email at [email protected], or by chatting with our FreshBot Ai agent.
Provide details of your concern, including your order number, project description, and evidence (e.g., screenshots or explanations of issues).
Our team will review your request within 5 business days and respond with next steps, which may include revisions, a resolution plan, or refund approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
We reserve the right to investigate and verify claims before issuing refunds.
4. Exclusions
This policy does not cover:
Completed and approved projects where no issues were raised during the review period.
Changes requested after final approval or due to client-provided errors (e.g., incorrect content or branding guidelines).
Third-party services or integrations (e.g., domain registrations, hosting fees, or ad spend), which are subject to those providers' policies.
Custom creative work that has been used or published by the client.
Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics) that delay delivery.
Any services provided for free or as part of a promotion.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with the new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
